Customized, onsite training for programming and general application use is available for most of the technologies we provide services for. Based on previous trainings, we find it most effective to conduct hands-on trainings, designed around an organization's existing data and processes. However, lecture-style courses are available if requested.

A four week advanced notice is usually preferred to allow the trainer time to identify your needs, work with you to design the training around your data/process, and provide participants with pre-training materials.

If are up against (or past) an important deadline and need urgent help - call us. We are usually pretty good at putting together something quick and functional to meet a critical need in a short amount of time (sometimes within a few hours).

A programmer is usually available at all times or within a couple of hours from your call.

When you call, indicate you need an immediate response, email us your non-disclosure agreement (if any), and begin preparing any documentation or relevant data to provide to the developer when he/she returns your call.

If we are unable to meet your time requirements, we will assist you in finding a skilled developer who can.
