We apply engineering fundamentals to optimize the performance of Mud Tank Systems, Shale Shakers, Centrifuges, Thermal Desorption Equipment, and Cuttings Handling Equipment.

Consulting

NPTLabs™ delivers comprehensive solutions. We understand how the functionality of drilling fluids, solids control, and cuttings disposal is interlocked. The performance of one affects the performance of all. Look to NPTLabs™ for knowledgeable consultants to improve mud system performance and lower overall drilling costs.

Lab Analysis

NPTLabs™ specializes in Mud Check wherever and whenever our customers need. Drilling Fluid expectations require Fast turn around Laboratory tests. You can have access via our Mobile Laboratory or Full static lab services to have your particle size analysis and fluid testing now.

 Intellectual Property

NPTLabs™  patented a method for optimizing drilling fluids by creating a proper particle size analysis and distribution curve of particle sizing within drilling fluid. The particle size distribution curve is maintained with a maximum particle sizing of 6 microns so as to not allow for coarser drilling solids to degrade beyond the point of mechanical separation to prevent a build-up of low gravity solids that can no longer be removed from drilling fluid during he drilling operation due to their size.
